Fresh off of winning an Academy Award for her role in The Danish Girl, actress Alicia Vikander is bringing the world of the iconic video game Tomb Raider to life.
That scene certainly sounds like the river moment from the game will be coming to life.
Scripted by Transformers: The Last Knight scribe Geneva Robertson-Dworet, the new Tomb Raider movie is directed by Norwegian helmer Roar Uthaug and also stars Dominic West, Walton Goggins, and Daniel Wu.
Speaking with EW, who have revealed a new photo from the film, Vikander opened up about the character in the film, which takes its cue from the 2013 reboot and features an inexperienced Lara.
