In fact, that’s been one of the reasons that fans have received Affleck’s take on the character so well, and it’ll be interesting then, to see what other iconic comic book vehicles and machinery fans may get to see Bruce Wayne invent or design in the future DCEU movies – or even how the Flying Fox and Nightcrawler designs evolve throughout Justice League.
And in their own way, the two vehicles are nice representations of what has helped make Affleck’s Bruce Wayne/Batman stand out from some of the previous live-action iterations of the character.
Understandably, it looks as though both the Flying Fox and the Nightcrawler will play key roles in several of Justice League‘s biggest action sequences, with the Nightcrawler even having its own set of tactical weapons and guns, capable of tearing through any Parademons that try and attack it.
While Christian Bale, Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, and several of the other Batman actors have focused on different aspects of the comic book character, Affleck’s interpretation focuses more heavily on the detective and inventor side of the character than perhaps any of the other live-action predecessors have.
