The new dramedy doesn’t have a name yet, but according to People, it will feature Spelling and Garth playing over-the-top versions of themselves, which is a tactic that usually leads to enjoyably cringe-worthy laughs, although it’s not clear what the ratio between comedy and drama will be here.
It’s also not immediately obvious where the “loosely based on 90210” part comes in, but perhaps the show will involve them signing on for a fictionalized reboot of a 90210-esque series.
