Waitress star Sara Bareilles and The Great Comet star Josh Groban will co-host the 72nd Annual Tony Awards on June 10, CBS announced Wednesday.
Nominees for the 2018 Tony Awards will be announced live Tuesday, May 1 on CBS This Morning by Hamilton’s Leslie Odom, Jr. and Katharine McPhee, who took over the lead role in Waitress from Bareilles.
The 72nd Annual Tony Awards will live from Radio City Music Hall in New York on Sunday, June 10 at 8/7c on CBS.
Bareilles and Groban will be taking over hosting duties from disgraced actor Kevin Spacey, who was the subject of multiple allegations of sexual misconduct, assault and harassment.
