The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that Bryan Singer (Legion, X-Men: Apocalypse) will still get a directing credit on 20th Century Fox’s Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody, even though the director was fired in December from the project.
In addition to Malek, the Queen band members will be played by Gwilym Lee, Ben Hardy, and Joseph Mazzello.
Singer was replaced by Dexter Fletcher (Eddie the Eagle) to finish filming the movie.
The film is directed by Dexter Fletcher (Eddie the Eagle) and was written by Academy Award-nominated scribe Anthony McCarten (The Theory of Everything).
