On Monday, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association — which is the organization that puts on the Golden Globe Awards — announced that the 76th Golden Globe Awards will take place on Jan. 6, 2019, Deadline reports.
2018’s big Golden Globes winners included Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, Big Little Lies and The Handmaid’s Tale.
Either way, the show must go on, and the Golden Globes are set for Jan. 6, barring any communication breakdowns.
But NBC is reportedly close to finalizing a new deal, since NBC has the right to match any qualifying offer.
