G.L.O.W. (or Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling) premiered in 1986 as an all-female alternative to the likes of the WWE.
According to Variety, Alison Brie (Community) has just signed on to play an out-of-work actor on G.L.O.W. who hopes to revitalize her career on the weekly series about female wrestlers.
Furthermore, the latest word has it that Kohan has found her latest leading lady.
Whether or not G.L.O.W. will ultimately appeal to viewers entirely unfamiliar with the original wrestling program and touring company that left the airwaves way back in 1990 remains to be seen.
