The Great British Bake Off: Batter Week reveals its Star Baker and who is sent home

We enter Batter Week on The Great British Bake Off with the heaviest of hearts; but, still, the show must go on.

Unfortunately, it was the end of the road for Kate Barmby and she was sent home; after judge Mary Berry described her attempt at lacy pancakes as unfortunately a “bit clumsy”, while Kate described her own churro bunny heads as roadkill, rather appropriately.
