The Woods Trailer Promises the Scariest Movie of the Year

The film is set for a release on September 16 and is being produced by Roy Lee, Steven Schneider, Keith Calder and Jessica Wu.

But the critical praise for the film that the first half of the trailer focuses on seems to back that up.

Wingard has already made a name for himself in the horror genre in recent years, directing critical successes You’re Next and The Guest, as well as segments on the very well regarded horror anthology films V/H/S and V/H/S 2.
