In response, Clarkson filed a petition in which she claimed that Brandon Blackstock and Starstruck were doing business illegally and were allegedly operating without a sufficient talent license.
The lawsuit alleges that Clarkson owes the company unpaid commissions for her work on The Voice and her eponymous talk show.
She also claims she was given false information under Starstruck and that the company subjected her to “unconscionable fees and compensation.”
In addition to the divorce, Kelly Clarkson is dealing with another set of legal issues, as she’s been hit with a lawsuit by Starstruck Management, which is owned by her former father-in-law, Narvel Blackstock.
