Early ratings for the 63rd annual Grammy Awards are in, and they are reportedly the lowest in the telecast’s history.
According to Nielsen Live + Same Day fast-affiliate numbers, the 2021 Grammys earned an average of 7.88m viewers on Sunday (14 March) during the CBS telecast.
By comparison, last year’s Grammys earned 18.7m viewers, and the 2019 show had 19.9m viewers.
