Coming off the critical success of Fisher Stevens’ drama film Palmer, Justin Timberlake has found his next collaboration with Apple TV+ in the form of a brand new drama series based on Chuck Barris’ 1984 memoir Confessions of a Dangerous Mind.
The memoir was first adapted into film in 2002 also titled Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, which was George Clooney’s directorial debut (after taking over from Bryan Singer).
Deadline reports that Apple has successfully acquired the script at an auction and is planning to develop the project into an hour-long drama series.
The project will be written by Jon Worley with Miramax and Paramount Television Studios set as co-producers.
