Netflix Cancels Cobra Kai Creators’ Action-Comedy Obliterated After 1 Season

Its freshman finale, which dropped on Nov. 30 with the rest of the Season 1 episodes, now serves as its series finale.

Hailing from Cobra Kai creators Jon Hurwitz, Josh Heald and Hayden Schlossberg (along with Cobra Kai producer Dina Hillier), Obliterated followed an elite special forces team who thwarted a deadly threat to Las Vegas… only to discover, after their debauchery-filled celebratory party, that the bomb they deactivated was a fake.

Obliterated‘s title has proven all too accurate: Netflix has cancelled the action-comedy series after one season.
