In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter to promote his upcoming film Wander, Aaron Eckhart took the time to discuss the legacy of Christopher Nolan’s blockbuster film The Dark Knight, in which the actor memorably portrayed Harvey Dent/Two-Face.
Eckhart then reflected on his initial reaction to The Dark Knight script.
The film stars Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Eckhart, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Morgan Freeman.
The Dark Knight was released on July 18, 2008 and went on to gross $1.005 billion worldwide, earn eight Academy Award nominations and secure a Bast Supporting Actor statue for the late Heath Ledger.
