“Shut Up and Dance” is a furious roller coaster ride from the point of view of a hacking victim whose moral compass is put into question by the shocking conclusion, but the deeper message of morality can be found in the feature-length detective thriller “Hated in the Nation,” which puts the general public’s humanity in perspective.
