Warner Bros. isn’t pulling any punches with Batman & Harley Quinn either, after not only casting Big Bang Theory star, Melissa Rauch, as Harley Quinn but also bringing back Kevin Conroy to play The Dark Knight yet again.
That might seem strange at first – but when considering the dynamic that Batman and Harley Quinn have with each other, it’s hard to think of a better route for Batman & Harley Quinn to take.
All things considered then, a buddy-cop film between Harley Quinn and Batman may not have been the animated film that most fans would have expected DC to make – but it looks to be a nice change of pace from the studio’s more dramatic and darker outings as of late.
Batman & Harley Quinn is set to be released this summer.
