Billboard Music Awards: Taylor Swift and Drake to Vie for Most Wins Ever

After delivering a streaming-only event last year, the Billboard Music Awards will return to Fox this year — and air on a few streamers as well.

Chappell Roan is also in the running for the first time in two categories: Top Artist and Top Female Artist.
