Black Mirror‘s upcoming third season will feature an episode written by Parks and Recreation duo Mike Schur and Rashida Jones, it was revealed Wednesday at the Television Critics Association summer press tour.
Black Mirror Season 3 premieres Friday, Oct. 21 on Netflix.
Bryce Dallas Howard (Jurassic World), Alice Eve (Entourage) and James Norton (Grantchester) star in the “cheerful, pastel nightmare,” directed by Joe Wright.
“It turns out they’re fans of the show, and the feelings were mutual,” Black Mirror executive producer Charlie Brooker explained to reporters. The pair’s installment, titled “Nosedive,” is a “social satire about identity in the social media age,” Brooker explained.
