CNN journalist Jim Acosta will have his White House press credential reinstated, following a ruling made by federal judge Timothy J. Kelly on Friday.
CNN’s lawsuit was a response to the now-infamous dust-up between Trump and Acosta at a post-midterms press conference on Nov. 7.
Later that day, Acosta was denied access to the White House, and Secret Service agents asked him to surrender his credential.
Further hearings will take place in the coming weeks, and Kelly has yet to rule on whether Trump is violating any amendments.
