The show is a top ten drama, averaging over 12 million viewers for Season 11, and ranks as CBS’s second highest-rated drama in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54.

Sources tell Variety that “Criminal Minds,” which is co-produced by ABC Studios, was was renewed at a lower license fee.
