Criminal Minds suspends its lead actor following on-set fight

Production on Criminal Minds has been rocked by an incident which saw one of the US drama’s lead actors involved in an on-set fight.
Gibson has appeared in Criminal Minds since it first debuted in 2005.
As a consequence, Deadline reports that Gibson is to be written out of two episodes of the show’s twelfth season which is currently shooting.
The actor – who has previously directed six episodes of the CBS drama – has also lost the opportunity to direct an episode from the upcoming season.
