Netflix announced Monday that the comedian will be releasing three stand-up specials on its streaming service in 2017: one all-new special produced by Netflix, and two from Chappelle’s personal vault, previously recorded at Austin City Limits and The Hollywood Palladium.
Netflix also recently secured the stand-up special return of another iconic comedian, Chris Rock, who will be producing two specials for the streaming service, the first of which will tape next year.
Hosting Saturday Night Live wasn’t a fluke; Dave Chappelle is coming all the way back.
Chappelle has done very little TV work since walking away from his beloved sketch series Chappelle’s Show in 2005.
