According to The Hollywood Reporter, the new Rugrats movie, a live-action/CG hybrid feature from Paramount, has tapped director David Bowers to bring Tommy, Chuckie and the gang to the big screen.
This will be the first Rugrats film to hit theaters since 2003’s animated Rugrats Go Wild.
The series focused on the troupe of babies including Tommy Pickles, Chuckie Finster, twins Phil and Lil, and Tommy’s cousin Angelica.
As for the live-action movie, Family Guy and Futurama scribe David A. Goodman is set to pen the script.
