After years of delays (it was originally slated to come out in spring 2018), the DC standalone film recently settled on IT director Andy Muschietti and Birds of Prey screenwriter Christina Hodson.
Warner Bros. officially announced The Flash’s summer 2022 release date, along with the Matrix 4, now wildly dated on the same day as another 2021 Keanu Reeves’ flick.
The date looks like it will fit right into Ezra Miller’s busy schedule since he’s set to reprise his role of Credence Barebone when the cameras start rolling on Fantastic Beasts 3 in spring 2020.
