Rodriguez directed the episode “The Tragedy,” and thus is responsible for giving Boba Fett the kinds of action scenes that truly made him as badass as he was always thought to be.
It’s not clear from this message if Rodriguez will be responsible for helming some or all of the Book of Boba Fett episodes, but it’s not unlikely if the scheduling works out.
It’s not a big surprise to learn that both Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni are executive producers for The Book of Boba Fett, considering they’re a critical part of the storytelling cycle within this TV universe.
It was, however, somewhat surprising to see that filmmaker Robert Rodriguez will be maintaining a more permanent spot in Star Wars’ future.
