Phoebe Waller-Bridge, the creator and star of Fleabag, has reportedly been hired to liven up the script of the upcoming 25th James Bond film.
Daniel Craig, who plays 007, allegedly requested Waller-Bridge look at the script and hoped the comedian would bring her “wit and quirkiness” to the screenplay.
Reports previously claimed that Bond 25 had the working title Shatterhand, which was used in the books as an alias for arch villain Ernst Stavro Blofeld.
Sources told the publication that Craig asked the actor and writer to come on board and help polish the script by introducing offbeat humour.
