GKIDS announced on Thursday that it has acquired the North American distribution rights for Future Boy Conan, the directorial debut of Hayao Miyazaki.
For more information on the upcoming release of Future Boy Conan, make sure to stay tuned for any updates from GKIDS, and keep an eye out for the all-new 4K restoration sometime later this year.
Future Boy Conan tells the story of a world that was destroyed by earthquakes and tidal waves.
The acquisition also marks the first time that the 26-episode series will be available in North America, with a new 4K restoration available alongside a brand new English dubbed version as well.
