During a recent interview, Wright has opened up about HBO’s Harry Potter series, revealing that she hopes that the new live-action adaptation would be able to feature more of Ginny and Harry’s relationship, including the “nuanced moments” from the books which better showcase how the characters fall in love with each other.

HBO’s Harry Potter series is being written by Emmy winning-producer Francesca Gardiner (Killing Eve, Succession), who is executive producing alongside Mark Mylod, J.K. Rowling, Neil Blair, Ruth Kenley-Letts, and long-time Harry Potter franchise producer David Heyman.
