After landing rising star Henry Golding (Crazy Rich Asians) to lead the animated adaptation, Paramount Animation’s The Tiger’s Apprentice has expanded its cast with the additions of Sandra Oh (Killing Eve) and Michelle Yeoh (Last Christmas), according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The film will mark the third collaboration between Yeoh and Golding after the two previously starred together in his breakout hit Crazy Rich Asians and the Paul Feig-helmed rom-com Last Christmas.
Since then, he has been cast in other films such as A Simple Favor, Last Christmas and The Gentlemen.
The film adaptation will be the directorial film debut of Carlos Baena, who is known for his works on Wall-E and Toy Story 3.
