Hulu has ordered a nine-part Los Angeles Lakers docuseries chronicling the history of the basketball team, which is one of the most storied franchises in the NBA and all of sports.
High-profile fans and other archival footage will be included in the Los Angeles Lakers docuseries, along with never-before-seen interviews with the Lakers’ late owner, Jerry Buss.
The project will come from Lakers CEO and controlling owner Jeanie Buss and will be directed by Antoine Fuqua, in association with Fuqua Films, Haven Entertainment, and Los Angeles Media Fund.
