I think it’s not knowing that gives us a lot of anxiety, so our awareness helps a lot.
If I know exactly why something has been bothering me, it’s easier to verbalize my feeling and that gives me a sense of comfort and allows me to let go of a lot of things.
I want to understand why I’m feeling this way and learn about it in order to confront it.
My method of choice is writing everything down in a notebook, or a sketchbook, or it can just be a big piece of paper.
