When children begin to disappear in the town of Derry, Maine, neighborhood kids band together to square off against Pennywise, an evil clown whose history of murder and violence dates back for centuries.
As a tagline, “You’ll float too” sounds more like a promise than a threat (maybe it’s both?), and the upcoming adaptation of It definitely seems ready and willing to deliver.
It hits theaters on September 8.
The film stars Finn Wolfhard (Stranger Things), Jaeden Lieberher (Midnight Special), Jeremy Ray Taylor, Sophia Lillis, Wyatt Oleff and Chosen Jacobs, with Bill Skarsgard (Hemlock Grove) as Pennywise.
