Fellow TV presenters are sharing messages of support for Jeremy Paxman after he announced that he has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
TV presenter Nicky Campbell – who spoke to Paxman for an episode of his podcast One of the Family last month – wrote: “Love Jeremy Paxman.
Both the comedian and M*A*S*H star have previously been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Parkinson’s disease is the world’s second most common neurodegenerative disorder, behind Alzheimer’s disease.
In light of the news, fans and colleagues of the former Newsnight host have taken to social media to share messages of support.
