The Michael Jackson estate posted a concert film during the US broadcast of Leaving Neverland, the documentary that details new child sex abuse claims against the pop star.
Immerse yourself in Michael Jackson,” the singer’s official Twitter account wrote after countering the documentary by posting Jackson’s Live in Bucharest: The Dangerous Tour concert film.
Simultaneously, HBO viewers watched Leaving Neverland‘s subjects, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, accuse Jackson of grooming, sexually assaulting and raping them as children.
The Jackson estate has denounced the documentary, saying the accusers “have provided no independent evidence and absolutely no proof in support of their accusations”.
