The Right Stuff will be the Oscar-winner’s first scripted series with National Geographic and as of this writing, nothing is known about a potential cast or whether or not DiCaprio himself might make an appearance.
Oscar-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio is teaming up with National Geographic to bring TV audiences an adaptation of the 1983 hit film, The Right Stuff.
“National Geographic gave ‘Before the Flood’ an international platform, and we couldn’t think of a better partner to bring The Right Stuff to the world.
As a film, The Right Stuff won 4 Oscars back in 1984 and starred Sam Shepard (Bloodline), Scott Glenn (The Defenders), Ed Harris (Westworld) and Dennis Quaid (American Crime Story).
