As production continues on The Midnight Club, creator Mike Flanagan took to Twitter to reveal the names of filmmakers he has enlisted to helm Netflix’s upcoming series adaptation of Christopher Pike’s YA horror novel of the same name.
The Midnight Club series is created and executive produced by Flanagan, who is also serving as the showrunner.
The Midnight Club series will mark Flanagan’s latest horror TV adaptation for Netflix, with the first one being 2018’s The Haunting of Hill House and was then followed by last year’s The Haunting of Bly Manor.
Based on Christopher Pike’s 1994 novel, The Midnight Club is set in Rotterdam Home, a hospice for terminally ill teenagers where a group of patients begin to gather together at midnight to share scary stories.
