Netflix Sets October Premiere for Christopher Guest’s Mascots

Netflix has announced that the upcoming film Mascots, from director Christopher Guest (Waiting for Guffman, Best in Show, A Mighty Wind), will officially debut on the streaming platform on October 13.

The film was written by Christopher Guest & Jim Piddock and produced by Karen Murphy.

Guest’s most recent effort was the 2013 HBO comedy series “Family Tree,” which starred Chris O’Dowd and was cancelled after one season.
