Netflix’s Tony Hinchcliffe Deal Causes Controversy, Petition Gets Over 40,000 Signatures

“Tony Hinchcliffe, the comedian who got on stage at a Trump rally and mocked Puerto Rican, Latinx, Black, Jewish, and Palestinian communities, just secured a lucrative Netflix deal for multiple new comedy specials,” reads the online petition against Hinchcliffe.

Over on MoveOn, an online public advocacy site that allows users to create petitions, a petition titled “No Netflix Deal for Tony Hinchcliffe” has gained massive traction.

The reason for the petition stems back from Hinchcliffe’s appearance at a Donald Trump rally in October 2024.
