As an unmarried woman of 32, Lizzie (Sevigny) is a social outcast trapped under her father’s austere and domineering control.
The film was executive produced by Elizabeth Stillwell, Roxanne Fie Anderson, and Edward J. Anderson of Powder Hound Pictures.
The racy period drama Lizzie was directed by Craig William Macneill (Channel Zero, The Boy) and produced by Sevigny, Naomi Despres, and Liz Destro.
Saban Films and Roadside Attractions will release the film in select theaters on September 14, 2018.
