After a debut season on CBS, Supergirl is coming home to roost with her fellow DC superheroes on The CW tonight, with the Supergirl season 2 premiere airing at 8/7 c.
After a crossover with The Flash in season 1 confirmed that Kara Danvers shares a multiverse with the rest of the characters in The CW’s superhero family, Supergirl is set to have a busy second season that will include a four-way crossover with The Flash, Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow, as well as a musical crossover with The Flash.
This season will also introduce Lynda Carter, star of the 1970s Wonder Woman series, as the President of the United States.
Since The CW has a generally younger viewership compared to CBS, this is Supergirl‘s chance to really take flight and grow its fanbase.
