President Biden Responds to Supreme Court’s Trump Immunity Ruling — Watch Video

President Joe Biden is speaking out following a landmark Supreme Court decision that says former president Donald Trump may claim immunity from criminal prosecution for official acts done during his time in office.

Earlier on Monday, the Supreme Court handed down a 6-3 decision stating that Trump may be immune from prosecution if his alleged crimes were committed in his official capacity as president.

Roberts did add that not all actions taken by a president are official, and “the President is not above the law.”
