Russell Crowe confirms he'll play Dr Jekyll in The Mummy reboot

Joining Tom Cruise in the planned reboot of The Mummy franchise is Russell Crowe who has confirmed he will be playing iconic character Dr. Jekyll.
The Australian actor joins the likes of John Barrymore, Frederic March and Spencer Tracy in playing the character.
I’m gonna play Dr. Henry Jekyll, Fellow of the Royal Society.
The Mummy will be the first of a series of rebooted monster movies that will unite classic creatures in an Avengers-style mash-up that’ll include Dracula, The Wolfman, Frankenstein, The Invisible Man, and The Bride of Frankenstein.
