Russo Brothers (Accidentally) Confirm Captain Marvel for 'Avengers: Infinity War'

As it stands, Captain Marvel is set to hit theaters on March 8, 2019, sandwiched between both parts of the temporarily-titled Infinity War.

And Infinity War will have a little more room to introduce new characters, since the Avengers sequel is split into two parts.

During an event at the Smithsonian Institute (via ComicBook.com), the directors of Captain America: Civil War briefly touched on their upcoming Avengers sequel.
