Sony’s highly-anticipated sequel Venom: Let There Be Carnage is releasing two weeks earlier than its previous date, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Venom: Let There Be Carnage sees the return of Tom Hardy “as the lethal protector Venom, one of Marvel’s most complex characters,” according to the synopsis.
The film will now debut on October 1 instead of October 15, opening against Warner Bros.’
Based on the Marvel character created by Todd McFarlane, David Michelinie, Randy Schueller, Roger Stern, Tom DeFalco, Mike Zeck, and Ron Frenz, Venom: Let There Be Carnage is produced by Hardy, Marcel, Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach, Amy Pascal, and Hutch Parker.
