At least in these early episodes, Space Force doesn’t have the same heart or charm of these other, ultimately better sitcoms.
As a political satire, its perspective is more detached and less immersive, opting to follow characters we’re not meant to connect with.
Granted, it’s not meant to be as relatable or sympathetic.
You don’t need to like them to find them funny, but it might become an uphill battle.
