  • San Diego Comic-Con’s Saturday was busy for the world of Star Trek, as a new Star Trek: Section 31 trailer was released, a new live-action series was announced, and the final season of Star Treks: Lower Decks got a release date.

  • Alongside the Section 31 trailer, the Star Trek Universe continued to grow, as it was announced that a new live-action series set in the world of Star Trek was in the works.

  • The series comes from Justin Simien (Dear White People) and Tawny Newsome, the latter of whom stars on Star Trek: Lower Decks.
