The film cost just $10 million to make and received a B CinemaScore.
Debuting in second place, Screen Gems’ When the Bough Breaks grossed $15 million from 2,246 theaters, an average of $6,679.
Relativity Studios’ The Disappointments Room also opened with just $1.4 million from 1,554 theaters, an average of $901 per theater.
