The CW kicked off its shared DC Comics television universe with Arrow in 2012, then introduced Central City CSI tech Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) in season 2 before the character was spun off into his own series, The Flash.
Characters from Arrow and The Flash were brought together for the second spinoff series, Legends of Tomorrow, while The CW most recently added Supergirl to their lineup after the show aired its first season on CBS.
The network’s second superhero series proved to be even more successful than the first, and The CW continued to expand its DC TV universe.
Today, Silicon Valley Comic Con announced Gustin will make his first appearance at their convention during the weekend of April 21-23.
