The Universal Television series created by Jessica Goldberg (“Parenthood”) wraps its 10-episode first season on May 25.
The drama series about a family wrapped up in a cult-like religious movement has been renewed for a second season.
The renewal was expected, given the show’s solid reception from critics and the buzz created by its provocative premise.
Hulu confirmed the renewal on the same day the streaming service plans to unveil its 2016-17 season programming plans at its upfront presentation in New York on Wednesday.
