While The Powerpuff Girls was one of the biggest shows for Cartoon Network in the 90s, Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends was more of a cult classic when it debuted in the 2000s.
New versions of the hit Cartoon Network series The Powerpuff Girls and Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends are in the works, according to Warner Bros. and Cartoon Network.
The series is no stranger to the reboot formula, as Cartoon Network actually rebooted the series already in 2016-19.
“Along with his unparalleled sense of fun and imagination, he’s bringing two of his greatest works in The Powerpuff Girls and Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends and we are so excited for these characters to be a part of the new legacy taking shape at the studio.”
